All prices are in pound sterling and the buyer will be charged the exchange rate at the time of invoicing.

RETURNS

In most cases refunds will not be offered, however a credit note may be offered excluding any delivery or collection charges as long as the product is in the same condition as the day of purchase and it is returned within 5 working days from the day it was delivered.

As all of our items are either antique or reclaimed, the buyer must satisfy themselves that the condition, quality and function will suit the buyer's needs before purchase.

Our products are sold as antiques or reclaimed objects and will sometimes have imperfections such as wobbles, marks and defects. Therefore, they do not come with any guarantee.

We make every effort to accurately describe all product's condition before purchase is confirmed.

ELECTRICAL GOODS

Although we make sure any electrical goods we sell are working, we always strongly recommend testing and possibly rewiring by a qualified electrician before use.

WOODEN PIECES

We will always treat any wooden furniture we suspect may have some type of woodworm or common furniture beetle; however, we cannot guarantee 100% that the treatment is totally effective. Therefore, Mr Newton takes no responsibility for damage caused to furniture supplied or to surrounding furniture or building materials.
